So I'm doing the Little Slice diet, and copying his drug abuse.
Lower DNP dose though, as my activity level is pretty high. Day 2 and I'm bloated AF. Never ran deca before. Should I try to limit sodium to help with this bloat? I season my chicken with Tony's which is loaded with salt.
Or should I just say fuck it and embrace the low back pumps lol?
