first off, What's up guys, I'm a n00b to this forum, but I have been over on meso for a pretty good amount of time now - and thought I would come talk to the boys over here.
Precursors - 204 lbs
19-22% bf I'm really not sure - no official test done yet
Lifting seriously for about 3 years now
Regular Routine - 3 Lifts a week - followed up by HIIT training
30-40 min cardio non-lift days
rest at least once a week
Diet pretty basic Iso 30-30-30
Soon, I will be conducting my 3rd cycle of research on DNP, and this time around, I wanted to know what your thoughts/opinions are on an EOD dosing schedule. I know my upper limits with DNP, and I possess a tolerance that not many display, I go as high as about 600 before I even really start to feel warm.

The proposed cycle is to go 2-3 weeks, 700-800 mg EOD - Supp with the usuals, and an ECA to help energy - as I get REALLY tired on DNP, as well as suppressing diet. I am going to attempt to cut calories, so I can really make this one count:rolleyes:

i would suggest following a better diet, DNP is not a drug someone should use just to try to get to a normal level of bodyfat. IMO it should be used only by those who are at +/- 6%bf and are really struggling to get that last little bit off. you do realize you have 40lbs of fat right? if you cut ONLY bodyfat and no muscle you would be about 175lb with 5-6% bodyfat. THAT is when i think it is appropriae for YOU to use DNP.

fact is if u are at that weight u will lose a few lbs of fat on DNP but if u don't have a proper education on diet, chances are it'll come back

Not to be rude but 22% bf means you have a LOT of fat to lose... and that, from your own words, after 2 cycles of DNP already :eek:

Why in the hell would someone want to go on a 3rd attempt with such a nasty drug when he got nothing from high doses of it (at 204lbs, 600mg is NOT a small dose) :confused:

Don't look for a quick fix, bro... especially when the one you choose

1/ is not working
2/ makes you feel like the deepest shit on earth


A good diet and patience are all you need :)
 
Alright, thanks bros. Honesty was the only thing I was looking for - and that is certainly what I got, so thanks:)
Just to make some clarifications though,
1st cycle - dropped 10 lbs
2nd - had to quit 3 days in - got the flu

and have not done 3rd.

I'll say again though, I have never had any harsh sides at all - except for feeling hot, and even that was MORE than tolerable. Not relevant though.
I have really been trying hard as far as eating but:
1. Still living at home - college here so not really a reason to move out, everything's expensive already
2. It can be kind of pricey to eat correctly 90% of the time

And just to clarify information concerning diet - it's not like I'll I eat is complete crap.
I only go for Complex/Starchy Carbs, Plenty of Protein intake, stay away from sugar/simple carbs.
Pretty much I just eat what common sense would tell you, just not all of the time. Anyway, I'm not making any excuses - I know my eating is less than perfect, but I still try to be as careful as I can.

but just because you dont SEE side effects doesnt mean they are not present in your body. DNP is NOT a kind drug man, as ive been getting older ive really started realizing the seriousness of taking the types of drugs we do (or DID in my case, as i dont use anything anymore). i think im coming out of the invincible type thinking i have had for the past couple of years. just throwing that out there...
 
Yeah I hear ya bro, and I guess I will make one more clarification - my first batch I did was actually crystalline DNP, whereas the next cycle I started was powder. Crystalline is only 75% by weight, so that is why I thought my first cycle of stuff really didn't affect me very much, but nonetheless, I know the ramifications of irresponsibly using DNP - and that even though I didn't "feel" it, it's still actively working in my body.
 
How long was your first DNP cycle? You only lost 10lbs, thats not much for someone your size at 20% bf. Should be able to lose 10 lbs in 2-3 weeks with a good diet in your present condition. SOunds like you are trying to use it as a crutch, and thats not a good thing because it is not something that you can use regularly. As someone else said, once you go off youll end up putting back on the weight again if your diet is not good.
