DNP - How Dangerous @200mg?

So why does everyone make such a huge deal over dnp? They freak me out

Because the threshold of an effective dose and fatal dose is a very small window(From Dirty Dieting..Duchaine: 'A lethal dosage of only four times the therapeutic dosage makes this a very dangerous substance') I'm not a DNP guy at all but if I were to ever use it I would keep it as low as possible and not stay on it for too long.

Sweating at work like a dog in heat in the middle of winter...not for me personally. It will absolutely help you burn fat AND can be used safely though.

I was doing 500 mg/day for a week at a time and got insane results. I would do 250 at 7am before work and then 250 at 7 pm before bed(I see some guys dose their caps at 200, my source dosed his at 250).

I couldn't go passed a week because of the lethargy but about 6 days after discontinuing all the water would be gone and the results were shocking to say the least.

I did a keto style diet while on and 20 minutes of cardio after my workout mon thru friday.

200-400 of crystal (alternating doses between 200 and 400 every day) led to solid results and minimal sides. I found if I went too many days at 400 I would be dripping sweat at work, in the car, just all the damn time lol. Serious lethargy too.

200 for a few weeks is likely ideal for someone interested in the results without the brutal sides.

Everyone likes to cut in the damn spring so they can look good for the beach in the middle of summer.

IMO when you want to cut with DNP in your arsenal, I like to start early. It's already May and where I'm at in the southeast it's going to be 80+ every day very soon making DNP use hell on earth literally.

I think it would be OK at that low of a dose. Keto, IMO, is not a great diet for DNP though. High fats on DNP....naw.

My best weight loss results while using DNP have been with 150-200g of carbs a day and fat at a bare minimum (20-40g max)

I would say if you are going to do keto...just leave the DNP out of it. My opinion, though.
