been reading up alot on dnp of late, always had an interest in it but never tried.
Current stats 218 lbs under 10 percent calipers put me at 7.9 but feel i am closer to 9-10.
Age 35 5 ft 11
Currently on cutting blast phase of tren a sust and mast, i have about 7 weeks left before cruise.
Would like to be closer to 6 percent.
Diet - 250 g carbs centred pre and post workout 350g protein and 60 to 80g fats
Cardio 45 min to 60 min 6 x a week
Ok dnp wise i am considering a 10 day run at 200mg ed, would this be worth it and long enough.
Not currently running other fatburners, i usually just cycle ecas when i need.
