been reading up alot on dnp of late, always had an interest in it but never tried.

Current stats 218 lbs under 10 percent calipers put me at 7.9 but feel i am closer to 9-10.

Age 35 5 ft 11

Currently on cutting blast phase of tren a sust and mast, i have about 7 weeks left before cruise.

Would like to be closer to 6 percent.

Diet - 250 g carbs centred pre and post workout 350g protein and 60 to 80g fats
Cardio 45 min to 60 min 6 x a week

Ok dnp wise i am considering a 10 day run at 200mg ed, would this be worth it and long enough.

Not currently running other fatburners, i usually just cycle ecas when i need.

I don't think it's worth it while blasting.

At any rate, at that dose I don't think 10 days is long enough. you might as well run it until you get just above where you want to be and stop. It stays in your system for a little while after.

Dnp rash

When you do dnp take benadryl so you don't get a rash, I did 7 day of dnp and when I stop 2days later I broke out in a rash all over my body.
 
Only you can tell. I do 100mg a day and barely notice it. I thought unheard every 100 mg is worth 11% increase in metabolism. I could be pulling that out I my ass though
 
I would recommend 400mg and 14 days minimum to see results. It works fast but you need to give it a couple of days to build up. Also the results you see from DNP are most noticeable 2-3 days after ceasing use. Getting to 6% is tough even with DNP, don't expect a miracle but if everything else is spot on, it should be possible.

I am in no rush at all, i can certainly run longer at 200, or 400 if i can handle the uncomfort.

I think my confusion comes more from i am mid cycle feeling great, the tren mast combo has me feeling thick and lean and the diet with carbs keeps me feeling full.

I think my fear comes from reading some comments whereby the tren dnp combo on a cut works extremly well, but alrady being lean i dont have a ton of weight to lose which dnp shines in.i am scared of feeling flat and skinny which some report from dnp use haha

I think its just physcological at the moment, either carry on doing what i am doing and relishing in the cycle and getting great results, or risk feeling flat and not as "swole"in order to be even leaner when i end cycle and as has been mentioned you truly feel the effects of dnp afte its use.

Or at the moment reading way to much into it and driving myself insane haha :banghead:han
