Plan on running dnp for 10 days or so depending on how I feel. Today is day 1 and started at a dose of 200mg. I carb depleted for 3 days prior to starting. Feel a little warm but that's it. Im planning on bumping up to 400mg tomorrow and staying at that dosage for the remaining days of the run. No exhaustion at this dose or any uncomfortable feelings at all.

I'm post injury unfortunately so trying back to form. 208lbs 5 10. No idea what bf% I'm at.

Day 2 I took 400mg. Felt hotter during the day but absolutely drenched my pillow last night. Today is day 3 and I took 400mg again. I've been sweating like crazy all day. It's a comical amount of sweat. Down from 208lbs 3days ago to 203 today. I carb depleted during a portion of that time so not sure if all is fat or some water loss.

Goal weight is back to 230 and body fat at least 12% or lower. I came of all supps and ate junk for 6 months while going through an injury then right into a divorce. I didnt train at all during that time. Been back at it for about 2 months. I've lost almost 30 pounds doing a carb cycling diet. Started at 229lbs fat and weak compared to where i left off prior to the injury. If I can get the body fat off first then I'll work on putting back on the muscle. I would guess that 12% would be around 190 lbs so I guess I have 13 more to go.m

Down to 201lbs today. Ive lost 7 lbs from the start of the carb depletion phase to now. Started DNP on Tuesday so 4 days total. Taking 400mg for another 6 days to complete a 10 day cycle.

Definitely working. Sides aren't bad, sweating and that's it for me. Im taking the week off the gym but haven't experienced any fatigue.

Down to 200 lbs today. That's 8 lbs from when I started. I started dnp on Tuesday and today is Saturday so this is the 5th day. Weight loss seems to be all fat. Even with the bloat it's noticeable.

In for final results, gonna fire up my DNP run in 4-5 days.
