I am 2 days out from my first competition and i have 3 capsule 250mg dnp left from my previous cycle. I know its not a lot but i just want to use it on my comp and post comp day bingeing.
Would appreciate some answer from the knowledgeable about DNP and how to best use it post comp to keep fat away. My plan was like this what you think good idea or should i change it. 2 diffrent plans
PLAN 1
Sunday competition after the show is over 2 x 250mg DNP then start binge
PLAN 2
3rd december competition after the show 1 x 250mg DNP then start binge
4th december 1 x 250mg capsule in the morning 3 cheat meals for the day
5th december 1 x 250mg capsule in the morning 2 cheat meal for the day
6th December back to normal diet and low carbs
My plan is have 1-2 day eat what ever i want then back to my diet and try stay around 7-8% off season. Currently around 5.5% bodyfat.
