DNP POST COMPETITION BINGE?

I am 2 days out from my first competition and i have 3 capsule 250mg dnp left from my previous cycle. I know its not a lot but i just want to use it on my comp and post comp day bingeing.

Would appreciate some answer from the knowledgeable about DNP and how to best use it post comp to keep fat away. My plan was like this what you think good idea or should i change it. 2 diffrent plans

PLAN 1

Sunday competition after the show is over 2 x 250mg DNP then start binge

PLAN 2
3rd december competition after the show 1 x 250mg DNP then start binge
4th december 1 x 250mg capsule in the morning 3 cheat meals for the day
5th december 1 x 250mg capsule in the morning 2 cheat meal for the day
6th December back to normal diet and low carbs

My plan is have 1-2 day eat what ever i want then back to my diet and try stay around 7-8% off season. Currently around 5.5% bodyfat.

Come on man.

After a competition you will still not store fat. Save your capsules for your next cut and enjoy the shitty foods you deserve after weeks of diet and training.

But I will answer your question and say that plan 2 is ... "better". :cool:

You could also save those capsules for Christmas days, I'm sure it will be more effective because your metabolism will not be as fast as it is now.

Fuck that. Post competition I'd want to eat pancakes and pizza and sleep for hours. Not be sweating my fucking balls off feeling like a heat strok coming. Idk maybe 250mg wouldn't be too hot

Starting day after competition would be wise maybe?
Restore some water and rest before you start the rollercoaster..
I doubt you will gain much from consuming alot of calories for 1 day anyway..
 
If you need DNP post-comp then you were likely not lean enough for your comp in the first place.
 
You're going to be in a world of hurt. Enjoy not being able to put on socks
