Started dnp today, going with 250ed for 20 days.

This will be my first time using it, i know ill be flat and holding water while on it. I also read about the anabolic rebound.

Now my question is there anything I should do after dnp to take advatage of the rebound?

Also running hgh/var
 
I also started DNP today, gonna run it for 10 days, working upto 600mg for final 2 days... I hope nothing drastic happens once I come off, got a competition coming up in just 26 days, want to know exactly where Im at, ie when I come off I dont want to gain any extra fat, if that makes sense.
 
Same here, from what ive read you wont gain fat but instead muscle fullness
 
There are no facts proving that it resets your androgen receptors. It was always thought that DNP did this back in the day because while coming off you always became much fuller and bigger fast.

So i think you are wasting your time, unless someone can come up with an article that shows its effects on androgen receptors. I know Alpha Male had some good posts about the effects ( there weren't any) . Probably wont find them though, been a while since they were posted.
 
Is it a waste running var at same time as dnp? I was reading that its impossible to gain muscle on dnp, should i drop the var? Have 30 days left
 
I think so.. imho, tren is good (it will maintaine the muscles, if will not gain muscles), but not var..
 
The receptor cleaning idea was because your metabolism is increased so much while on DNP. Anytime you speed things up like that, the body is going to increase/reduce receptor sites depending on what you are doing. If you are off androgens and were previously on a cycle, your body would have more A/R's than normal. With time (off androgens), those A/R's are done away with. In theory, DNP should help speed up that process because the metabolism has been increased dramatically.
 
The rebound following dnp use is a great asset. I notice that I also tend to have a much reduced appetite as well. Not in a speedy way, but basically I will find that I can go without eating for a dramatically long period.

Whether or not it has any effect on androgen receptors I am woefully ignorant of. But I do know there is a glycogen supercompensation that happens.

I would recommend that you wait a week after your last dose, since the half life is so long and then do the following. Drink Large amounts of gatorade mixed with Glycerine and plenty of water. Make the next few weeks workouts all about going for the pump. Do a lot of flexing and contracting and really squeeze the hell out of every muscle group. Do some extreme deep stretching as well. What I'm trying to get at here is that you need to manipulate the fascia as much as possible during this time because you will have gained an incredible capacity for storing water and glycogen. Fill the balloons up and squeeze squeeze...

It's also the perfect time to go for a bulk. You will have outstanding insulin sensitivity, so if you are an insulin user, this would be the time to go to town on it. Plenty of creatine as well, but I'd think that would be a given.

With this rebound, do you get much water retention? If so how long does it take before it happens?
