DNP vs low calories

I wouldn't mind giving dnp a try, but I dont want to walk around sweating like a sawmill jackass.

Depends on what you are doing. I honestly think the sweating is WAY over exaggerated unless you do manual labor and at the gym it drains ou but it actually feels good in a way to sweat to me

Dont take it before workouts and before bed and you should be ok:)
 
You can definitely out-eat DNP's metabolic effects, so yeah there's no magic about it.

When you lower calories, you slow your metabolism. Over time, your weight equalizes at a lower caloric intake and lower metabolic rate and you are primed for fat gain.

DNP raises your metabolism by increasing expenditure. Over time, your weight continues to drop because your body simply cannot compensate by dropping metabolism far enough to match DNP's expenditure increase on a moderate calorie intake. Your equilibrium point will be lower, and your metabolic slowdown less than caloric restriction alone.

So what would be +- equal would be not lowering your kcal intake as sz said but keeping it high(er) while expending more through cardio/sex/...? Easy as that except for the fact that cardio is so fucking boring :p
 
When I was loosing all my weight, I did DNP and low calories with exercise 6 days a week. Worked liked magic.
