DNP VS SLU,RETA,MOT-C

3 of those things most likely won’t kill you and 1 of those things might.

Honestly with all the aids we have for fat loss of which some have a whole host of other health benefits now I’m surprised people still use dnp which most definitely does not have health benefits
 
I’d pick SLU + Reta + motsc > DNP personally

Everyone has their own preferences. Both are effective for fat loss. The first is much safer and all 3 (Reta,motsc, SLU) reduce oxidative stress to some extent through different mechanisms, where as DNP increases oxidative stress drastically

I just don’t think DNP is needed anymore with the other tools available. That’s just my opinion though
 
I mean, they arent realllly comparable. DNP is also highly dependent on the dose as well. Personally, ive used both...not together, just at separate times. I will say this. I think manyyy more competitors are using Reta, Mots, SLU together over DNP and are getting a better loook. DNP can be used, but i think MOST use DNP in an "oh shit, we are behiind" type fashion. It's also a tough variable to plan around as A. it really fucks your look and B. you kinda dont know where to go when you get off of it. Suppoose you wereee to use it, i would use it at the very early part of the diet to get the fluff off, then drop it, find your maintenance again, and progressively work down from that using other stuff like Reta, SLU, Mots, clen, the usual goodies.

This 💯. DNP is a thing of the past for me. Reta alone changed everything and then you add SLU and MOTS, game over.

But the way you describe how you would use DNP now I think is spot on. For certain people that may be the way to go. The science has now advanced way beyond DNP in my eyes. Much healthier way to do things now and more effective overall.

Why is BAM15 not on the list ?
 
Dnp caused non alcoholic liver failure in me, so no I say isn't not a great compound. Retatrutide I can still keep my training intensity up. I didn't notice anything from mots-c or slu-pp-332.

It was never anything to begin with. It's garbage that no one uses. Super short half life. You would have to take it many times a day and it would get very expensive. It's just not even worth considering when DNP exists for dirt cheap. It's basically a super short acting, super expensive version of dnp

Past my comp days, but dnp was part of my preps week 18-16 out before the real diet kicked in.

I'd like to add also, I had a feeling of well-being from SLU/Reta/Mots-C, a mild euphoria even from the Mots-C and in a good mood all day, when I'm usually a miserable fucker.

I very much doubt you'd get the same feeling from DNP!

I agree DNP is cheap and effective am open minded to peptides but there priced very high compared to DNP
 
You will never go back to DNP. The bloodwork alone and improvement to your health is worth every penny. As acam4 said, you will find what you need for the right price. Thank me later 😎
 
I like MOTS-C, SLU and Reta. I think they're great. But the cost of those three combined dwarf the cost of 250mg/day of DNP. I like both, and don't see any need to throw DNP away when it's so effective and cheap. Does it produce a bunch of ROS? Yes, so throw in some glutathione.
 
If we look at it from a TDEE/calorie expediture POV, i would think DNP outworks slu, reta and MOTS.

From a competing, maintaining performance, maintaining a look and so on in someone thats dedicated and has a good plan and takes their time, i think you are better over a period of time using things outside of DNP. Its very harsh and you feel the worst. Its very effective used for a short period of time as long as you embrace the suffering.

Damn how did that happen? ive never heard of DNP causing liver failure.
