Dnp with Insulin

This thread has my head ticking haha

Iv noticed that dnp almost stops working towards 2-3 week mark because I'm on day 18 now at 300mg PD and its defo slowed down, how long of a break you recon I have before having another crack at it?




it doesn't "slow down", you just have less fat than when you started.. so you need to do something to increase the calorie deficit further to continue losing fat.

Yeah maybe, last 3 days iv added cardio back in, just a 40min walk and I'm looking leaner, my legs are dead though, feels like they way a ton
 
Mine has definetly slowed down myself. Started with 200. One week then 400 the next. 600 this week the 800 next week. Also added in an hour of cardio. Fats are almost 0
500g protein 56g carbs soon waking only.

I did a ten week run with 250 DNP every other day and 15 IU slin twice a day.
I was also on 750 test and 600 NPP.
I gained 10 scale lbs and went from barely visible abs to good abs.
I used Little Slice's supplement recommendations and felt great.
After I quit the run I lost 2 lbs.

I plan on doing it again.

I did the slin everyday. I was lifting 4 to 5 times a week. I forgot to add I was on 6 IU's generic hgh.
I had great pumps.
My strength went up with my weight.
I had tried the DNP once before at the 500/day for ten days that everyone does. I did not care for it. I was weak and tired all the time. No way I could do cardio and my BP demands I do regular cardio.
By taking it every other day I felt none of the side effects and had great workouts.
I was also still able to do my usual cardio of 45 minutes a day.

It's not instant results but it made a difference for me.
