As we have a wide variety of different members here, I feel obligated to type this out.
Every individual will react differently due to a ton of different factors. My research has suggested to use mg/kg daily as a way to determine effective daily dose as blood concentration level is the most important factor. Similar to putting a drop of food dye into an 8oz cup vs a gallon container, different sized people will react very differently.
Conversion from LBS. to KG.
For a 250lbs individual
=LBS.*0.453592
=250*0.453592
=113.40
MG/KG Calculation
(assuming 2 250mg tabs per day)
=Daily Dose/KG. Weight
=(500/113.40)
=4.41 mg/kg daily dose
Dosage Ranges
<4mg/kg=very manageable
4-4.5mg/kg=will notice some sides
4.5-5.5mg/kg=popular range with significant sides
5-5.5mg/kg=significant sides
>5.5mg/kg=don't do it.
Based on this analysis, there is a huge argument as to why having 100mg tabs is superior to 250mg tabs. In the example above, 2 tabs daily is 4.41mg/kg and 3 tabs daily is 6.61mg/kg (arguably a highly unadvisable dose that has a high probability of serious consequences)
Same analysis done with 100mg tabs:
The 100mg tabs allow the individual to highly tailor their dosage in a significantly safer way. Additionally, allows them to break up their dosage throughout the day to avoid a rush of sides all at once.
Also, bear in mind this example was using a 250lbs person. Although we have some monsters here, it's safe to say not every member is in this weight range.
Hopefully the above helps someone out in a significant way.
