Do any of you count fish oil caps into your Macros?

A fellow body builder told me that since i'm on a low fat type diet that I should back off my fish oil and that I should have been counting them as part of my macros?

I take 10-12g a day generaly all before 2pm when my fat intake from foods is lower and the carbs are higher , cutting my carbs back after lunch and eating higher fat meats like beef and salmon
 
They are (usually) a gram of fat each, I say count them. It's not like incidental pam spray when you cook chicken.

I always count all of my oils towards my total. That includes Fish, Primrose, and CLA.
 
I don't count it but I will remind or mention it to clients. I have many guys take as 8-12/day. Its still worth reminding that its up to 100 fat cals like this if your diet is very fat sensitive such as Ketogenic or carb cycling.

Honestly though counting macros you will notice is some thing not done often at the higher level of the sport. A good comparison would be some one who still needs to use a pen and paper to solve a basic math problem, while others can just do it in their head after enough experience. Another dimension other than frequency is feel which is more dynamic, but also a great factor when deciding when and who much of what to eat.
 
Yeah I defo count them... especially if your taking 10g plus and on a strict regime
 
Too insignificant to take into account. What, 10 grams of oil a day? 90 calories, I don't compete so I'm cool.
