A fellow body builder told me that since i'm on a low fat type diet that I should back off my fish oil and that I should have been counting them as part of my macros?
I take 10-12g a day generaly all before 2pm when my fat intake from foods is lower and the carbs are higher , cutting my carbs back after lunch and eating higher fat meats like beef and salmon
