Ok, I know most of you cycle your carbs while cutting for a show or something, but do any of you maybe throw in one or two low/no-carb days in here and there while bulking? Like maybe once a week? I am just wondering b/c when I bulk I eat lots of carbs all the time and I feel like my body adapts to it, and doesnt respond as well after the initial 10lbs water/glycogen gain. I was wondering if maybe one day a week (non training day) if I kept my carbs very low (50 or so grams) if it would maybe help shock my body to keep it in an anabolic state? Just to keep it guessing? Is this a stupid idea or do some of you guys use any methods like this while bulking. THanks for the help.
