do any of you guys pin IGF subQ?

just wondering if anyone injects igf LR3 SUBQ. because spot injections haven't been proven and igflr3 has a systematic effect becuase it last for a long time. so just wondering if any of you guys shoot subq because it would be a lot easier for me to PIN subq pre workout then it would be to pin muscles worked. also this goes for IGF des thanks guys for any input

I switched to SubQ after a while of doing bi-lateral IM shots..... I noticed no difference between the two.
I will continue using it SubQ because it is easier and hurts less (the acetic acid).

this is offtopic sorry but you got IGFLR3, insulin, and IGF-des

imo you need 2 of the above and it sure aint LR3. LR3 is like a very weak insulin. Just use insulin its 25$ for 1k IU...last you a long time.

The IGF-des actually can cause hyperplasia,..its the compound formed when IGF reacts with lactic acid (hence it being short it is cleaved apart from lactic acid). So workout and get natty IGF-des going with a pump then after an hour after working out shoot 10ug IGF-des into muscle worked and feed it lots of nutes. Let it grow/hyperplasia.
