im looking for a new workout program this fall and i just started reading about it today does anyone here use this program?
 
I have used components and ideas from it. Very good if you are on and trying to break a rut or plateau. The stretches are very painful if done right.:eek:
 
The pumps you get are rediculous. As marshall said, it can get painfull.
 
Tried it several times. Great pumps and got stronger from it, but tended to burn out quickly. Def. worth trying!! Good luck with it!
 
Add some IGF-des and the pumps last for dayz!:headbang:
 
I do and I L-O-V-E love it!!!

Can't wait to start a cycle while on the FST-7 routine!!
 
ive thought about giving it a try haven't done it yet. would like to hear some more feedback on it, i might try it for one bodypart first like arms or delts
 
i cant find many details or examples of fst-7 splits if some of you guys could post some examples up that would be awesome
 
it's supposed to be used in conjunction with a SEO, that's kinda how it was developed
 
I've used it in the passed and really liked it.
 
Reminds me of GVT- as in German Volume Training. Lots of reps and sets with little rest between sets.
 
It's funny, I've been doing this kind of training for over a year now, without knowing what it's called. Rest between sets would be walking over to the water fountain and back, about 30-45secs. Works very well.
 
Forever Shoot Tren 7 (cc) for each muscle group. Great training protocol!

DC training will always be king in my eyes for mass and strength. I have never tried the FST7, but I have tried this in spurts and I think you may like it alot for something different that will get you big and strong....

Its called HCT 12...

Add some DC stretches in there, or adapt some principles to your own ideas. I like it the way its set up, I got pretty damn strong with it and got through some sticking points.
 
Your last sentence says it all bro. Take ideas from different training ideologies, and come up with what works best for you. It's all about breaking through barriers, plateaus, and ruts to advance to the next level of growth and development.

I agree. There are the tried and true methods for the the guys just starting out as well as for the rest of us seasoned guys, training methods that work no matter what. But as we advance and start to learn exactly what works better for us over time, thats when the fun begins. Take something from this system, something from there, etc and training never becomes boring or obsolete. Bottomline is consistency...eat, sleep, and train. The secret is there are no secrets, hard work gets the job done no matter what program you choose.

I do suggest a look into HCT for Gorilla though if he wants something different, FST is very interesting as well if he wants the volume. I prefer the hard and heavy then go home approach...

Thanks for sharing that progrma link BN, That looks like a pretty good program. I train with Mountaindog and he has me doing some exercises in that type of fasion---warmups then doing sets of 6 until you can no longer get 6 reps or so and call the last 3 sets your work sets. We mainly do that for chest like Incline or flat BB, deads and squats...the main mass builders.
