Hello,

I've been told that I need 1.5g of gear a week to reach this physique within 3 years? He is around 177lbs at 5'10

Do you agree?

Who "told" you this? He should walk off a cliff.

I think that physique is attainable for most on 200mg of Test only.

In all honesty- you're new here. Get familiar on how to use the search function and take a year to learn and soak up as much information as you can. No need for you to post things like this.

What does your current physique look like? The pic you posted looks like a guy thats pretty lean but lacks overall development especially the legs. He looks like a stork. No wheels whatsoever. But if that’s what you’d like so be it. You definitely do not need hiGH doses for this. High doses are required to hold slabs of muscle over and above what your frame can handle. This guy doesn’t have that. Honestly you could prob do it natty except for the shoulders. His popping delts are a sign of steroid use.
 
Hmm, you can do a lot with 1.5g and some gh and slin, so I don’t agree. I also don’t agree with that the majority of people will look like this on 200mg test alone lol, maybe if the hypothetical scenario we’re talking about included having absolutely everything in their life in order; training, diet,
recovery and financially PLUS years of training.

The guy in the picture is a fake natural who makes a living off of his physique and appearing naturally achievable, it isn’t 1ml of test - but it’s not a shit ton of stuff either; it’s also more of an in and out orals and short ester situation.

The guy in question will likely use less and less nowadays versus years prior when he began his career, due to the general public becoming more aware of steroid use.

@Reno911 is right, whoever told you this is talking out their a**. Everyone responds differently to gear and you need to find out through experimenting with doses what dose works best for you at your current body weight. Are you taking any gear now and what's your history with training and gear usage? I started low and built up my gear usage over time in incremental jumps till I found the dose where I responded and grew the best, and that also depended on my body weight at the time as well. I feel to many guys get stuck on numbers and doses without taking into consideration their gear usage and training history and what their current body weight is. A guy weighing 275lbs is going to be able to handle/use more gear than someone weighing 175lbs with less training history, by default.

Even in THIS thread someone said 200mg and others are disagreeing with him....

This is a lean dude, not a mass monster.
DIET...diet...and then diet. And then think about gear.

Honestly, its shocking to me seeing questions like this. If you had a picture of a 250lb monster i might understand better but this dude is a skinny ripped 177. C'mon now.
Go get your diet in order first. Get lean...like lean lean. THEN come back to the gear question.
