Everyone responds differently to gear and you need to find out through experimenting with doses what dose works best for you at your current body weight. Are you taking any gear now and what's your history with training and gear usage? I started low and built up my gear usage over time in incremental jumps till I found the dose where I responded and grew the best, and that also depended on my body weight at the time as well. I feel to many guys get stuck on numbers and doses without taking into consideration their gear usage and training history and what their current body weight is. A guy weighing 275lbs is going to be able to handle/use more gear than someone weighing 175lbs with less training history, by default.Hello,
