I dunno as I've never found a fascination with SARMs to fully understand their genomic or nongenomic actions as far as your question goes. So I'm not taken out of context, I'm not saying they're worthless or worthwhile. I don't know enough to comment on them in this manner.
To pursue your queries, you could google search different SARMs by name and include hematopoiesis or erythropoiesis -red blood cells- along with genomic or nongenomic to see if there's any hits you're looking for.
