What a great experience this has been. Big thanks to everyone that competed because you guys also helped me stay motivated. Overall from April - July I lifted weights 4-5 days per week and cardio 4-7 days a week with at least 2 of those sessions morning fasted.
What also was huge for me was that I was helping a friend get in shape for his wedding at the end of May. We ususally would run in the am for at least 50 minutes and then lift over the noon hour, and then sometimes even get a jog in the afternoon. I introduced him to his first cycle and his transformation would've definitely placed in the top 3 of this competition. This was part of my wedding present to him.
Well, perhaps more thoughts to come but I'm going to try and take a little time off. Starting a new job soon and have more committed hours and I also just bought a new house...so alot is in the works for me right now.
