As a form of function, how much do you need compression and support?

Otherwise, do you feel pretty in what you are wearing? Do you apprehend the looks of others? Can you believe that everyone thinks your wear is dank, and does it give you that extra somthin' for performance? How do you get yourself pumped up?

I like to feel that I know that in moment somebody will not hand me spare change... So yes it does matter. I was not a big fan of hi tec clothes but the moment I bought my Nike Combat t-shirt I knew that cotton t-shirt are decade's behind this type of clothing. You feel how it wrapped around your body create that nice layer of warm air. It feels great on joints and I Could swear I feel better pump thanks to it. Good quality products are amazing they cost a bit but is is 5 years I have that one and is still look great no signs of usage. Highly recommend.

Hello, guys I just want an answer from all of you. Do workout clothes really matter in the gym or at other places? Can't we wear normal clothes while performing workouts?

I wear jeans and t shirt in the gym for 30 years. Started at the famous Macks Gym. Still miss that place. Before gyms became fancy. Steroids were advertised on the street windows. In the day )
