Ya....what she said lol
Your GF also said this? Did she work out with you often?
Ya....what she said lol
Lol social media has screwed people's mindsets on this topic. You get on IG and you see all these successful bodybuilders who have this perfect bodybuilding life where there spouse is a fitness girl or lifts weights and lives in the gym with the guy but truth is its bull shit because most guys I know who compete there wives are normal people who don't exercise or any of that shit.
So what happens is you have people who see this stuff on social media and think well since Flex Lewis's wife does this and is like this my girl should be like that. I call bull shit. If you happen to come across a fitness chick you like go for it but the majority of people I've known or scene have had nothing but bad experiences with them. I know I don't want someone who does what I do it's too selfish, I couldn't raise a family with someone who was like me. Screw that. People are extremely shallow these days. Happiness and beauty is in the eye of the beholder. It's hard to understand loving someone for who they are when you don't love yourself for who you are.
Some of you guys might get that I already know a few in this thread that won't but hey like I said earlier I'm not here to judge anyone just pointing what I've seen.
Who needs a family when you can be the steroetypical Bodybuilder(bb'ing couple) with dogs/.
By eating freakishly clean and keto, your wife will inherently eat better. My wife feels guilty or shameful if she pigs out on crap in front of me. I never say a word. Lead by example lol.I learned something now. Working out and eating healthy do rub off on your significant other or the girl you're dating in some way or another .
Working out with chicks is fucking annoying anyway, lol.
hahaha my man!
I had an ex that worked out with me. She was a lot younger, posted selfies to gain validation from guys following her on instagram. Made her self out to be some fitness chick, but didn't know much about lifting at all when we met until we started working out together. By the time we broke up, she still didn't know the name of the exercises despite me telling her the names every goddamn time we went. Needless to say it was a pain in the ass, it really fucks up the ebb and flow of a workout if a girlfriend joins you. She wants to talk about anything that comes to mind, especially some serious stuff in between rest periods which completely fucked my focus. Won't do it again.
Migtow master race checking in, baby.
That's just female solipsism at work. It's the reason why "traveling" is such a craze recently; along with fitness. They don't travel to gain insight and experience new cultures, they travel for photo op's for Instagram to make everyone jealous and exude a sense that their life is somehow interesting.
I'd never recommend anybody train with a female, unless it's the sort of arrangement where you don't speak to each other the whole workout and split up to do your own thing. If she's also competing and fully on board with bodybuilding, then that would be acceptable too I suppose. Few and far between though.
