What are your guys's thoughts?
I never liked this 3 limited categories/labels for billions of different physiologies.
Growing up I was a sickly thin kind; always the smallest, and thinnest out of everyone in my group. I also put on excess BF a few times trying to grow too quickly when I started bodybuilding. And I can put on more BF with a bad diet right now as well (with the holy grail called GH )
So not as cut and dry in my case at least...
P.S- The fact that a psychologist created this categories in the 40s also gives it credence
