It is a pretty tough one to follow. Chop up veggies throw in a pan with the amount of oil/spray that fits your diet. And sautee them Cook eggs in pan. Done. That was in my later years. In my earlier years i would throw broccoli or french green beans in a pan of low while getting ready for work and they would be dehydrated/crunchy when i was ready to eat them. Salt pepper or paprika as needed. Sorry but that is it. I save more gourmet cooking for after work when i was not in a hurry. On the weekends i was in a hurry to get out hiking of skiing. All my day time meals were functional and things i was willing to eat. Didn't have to be really good. Dinner was different.
