Do you eat Beef(Red meat) Often?

Almost every day......1\3 LB of Black Angus . Not going to stop any time soon !

Generally a pound a day , from free range beef or deer we hunt
 
I always eat 3lbs. 98% ground beef per week and usually another 1-2lbs. of skirt steak, lean bison, etc., depending on what I have a taste for.
 
Red Meat is a great source of protein,
Dont shy away from a little fat, 15%-20% is ideal, that will maximize digestion efficiency and BV.
Red meat vs. chicken or fish, is more nutrient dense due to its higher content of iron, B vitamins, zinc, and cholesterol, which is important for the production of muscle-building hormones like testosterone.
Optimizing hormone production in the body, is critical to performance and muscle growth.
Red meat is a great tool in our sport IMO.Its all these little added details that help.
 
I eat 8oz of Organic 93/7 Grassfed ground beef every single day. I don't like going any higher than that though.
 
Between 10-16 oz a day. 96% lean ground beef usually. Eat steak a couple times a week also. Cholesterol is around 140-160. Just had Cardiac CT Scan done a couple months ago. Cardiologist said my coronary arteries looked "great". I'm 45 and weigh 275lbs. Party on. :headbang:
 
I eat either grass fed beef or deer daily!
 
I have ate 9oz-10oz of either sirloin or flank for breakfast for the last 4yrs. Then I also eat 1/2 pound of 93/7 grass fed ground once per day as well.
 
Absolutely!! I typically eat around 1 pound a day of 85% grass-fed beef. Brown it in a skillet with a little salt, pepper, minced garlic, and onion-herb Mrs. Dash seasoning! That's good shit right there.
 
I eat grass fed beef about 5x per week. Red meat is healthy as long as it's not processed according to the research that Alan Aragon has accumulated.
 
US beef prices at an all decade low, youd be foolish not too. Lean steak and beef only 2.99 a pound, no need for that silly grass fed stuff.

From a health perspective, I would reduce my red meat consumption as much as possible. If you have to eat it, stick to grass fed and low fat cuts.

1/2 lb. plus a day for decades. Total cholesterol is usually 140. Lean beef seems to be as healthy as chicken from the studies I have seen. People that eat beef usually eat processed meats are less healthy. The nitrates and processing seems to be where the unhealthy part comes from.
 
Some people say to much red meat will kill you..... No.....green meat will kill you.
