I did all liquid for years. I tried all food a few months back but found I was flat. My body was so used to have the constant supply of available amino acids from whey isolate that it couldn't digest meat fast enough to look full. So, I decided to try a compromise of half drinks, half food. This, I feel keeps me looking most full and able to grow. I prefer to have 4 meals consisting of 1/2Lb steak, 1.5 cups steamed white rice, and 1 oz mixed nuts, with 4-5 protein drinks. But, I don't usually want to prepare more than 2 to 3 meals as it is a pain in the butt. I added fats into my diet a few months ago for my knees and to improve my lipids. I am able to get very lean this way, as long as I do cardio after every weight training session.

An all protein drink diet would cause me to flatten out after several days and I used to gorge on junk for one meal to restore balance. On this new improved diet I can go long periods of time with no cheat food. I haven't had a cheat meal in 11 days and feel great.

What amount of protein go your drinks consist of? Do you use milk in them?
 
Usually eat beef or venison once a day. I own a farm and love to hunt so both are easy to come by!

my boss leased out 20 acres behind the shop to a farmer,, im tryin to get the hook up on black angus direct from him by the cow or half cow at a time..

Yes sir, buy on sale as often as I can and cook em up and eat about once a day or every other day. :D
 
I just had 2 grass fed burgers for breakfast.

I don't eat red meat year round, though.
 
a lot actually. i just recently started chicken and protein shakes again. It worried me a little because i was eating beef up to 6 times a day. Eating a good amount can't be too bad though especially cause its beef (LBAs principle)
 
Yes, I eat it, but I try to limit it as much as possible.
 
I crave a good cheese burger and usually have one once a week besides that don't really eat red meat. I don't digest it well..it sits in me for too long.
 
As several other guys mentioned, there is a big difference between grass fed and grain fed cow. The fat profile of the beef is very different.

Personally, 8 oz 90% grass fed ground beef per day on my current diet
