What kind of eggs were you eating?
when i started eating more whole eggs my LDL went down and my HDL came up but i attribute the HDL more to a couple other sups helping too.
I think the key to keeping it in check is eating free range eggs and grass fed beef , the grains that cows and chickens are fed are not what they arn desgined to eat and it caused the omega-6 fats to be way higher and the omega-3 fats to be way lower
My dad started TRT at 63 years old , was eating very little and what he was eating was alot more complex carbs , he now takes his test and 1.5iu a day of HGH , this combined with eating 6 whole eggs a day has gotten him off all his cholosterol and blood pressure meds and increased his appatite
I drink egg whites that I buy from Costco by the case. I would drink whole eggs if I could find them in pasteurized form--I like the yolks. Too afraid of salmonella poisoning to regularly eat raw eggs (but I have done it several times).
