Do you eat whole Eggs or Egg whites ?

4 white and 2 whole eggs
 
Eggs are great cheap protein source. Try 2 or 3 whole eggs then 6 or 7 whites.
 
I eat six whole eggs and half cup egg whites with oats and a shake. Good breakfast.
 
For me 1cup of egg whites and 1 to 2 whole eggs
 
I try to keep it 50 / 50. For every whole egg I'll throw in a white. mmmm eggssssssss
 
Depends on where my macros need to be. I will say I use a all whites product to add more pro to my shakes and oatmeal dishes.

I'm weird. I like eggs, but I can only eat 3-4 whole eggs at a time. So most days I just scramble them with some onions/peppers and some cheese. Drink some milk for a little extra protein.
Or I can crush a cup of eggwhites in a shake. I like to mix em in a split of six ounces half and half, and six ounces whole milk.

I eat a container of egg beaters for breakfast 50 g of protein then for my last meal 5 whole eggs Egglands best or organic free range eggs.
