I'm no body builder by any means but I just feel sluggish and not myself towards the end of cycles recently. First time I did 500 test e ew and got to 225lbs and felt great. Quick agile just more powerful. Lately I've been getting up to 250 lbs and I'm strong as an ox but other than that my range of motion is getting horrible, I can't run worth a shit, and I feel like I'm just not meant to carry this much mass. I was thinking of doing plyometrics instead of just lifting in an attempt to help my functional movements. Benching and squatting a lot is cool but everyday things like reaching my butthole get more and more difficult. How do football players have that explosiveness and still weigh so much?
