I just started HGH app. 1 month ago and have been pushing hard 3 x week. Cardio on days off. Never have did gear or anything else beside creatine, etc....I can tell you at 43 I dont get that crippling kind of sore like I used to. I am following the growth for beginners, even though I have lifted all my life. Put on about 10 lbs. so far. For me that is unbelievable because I do the low carb diet.

Only time I don't get sore is when I've been hitting the gym with consistency. Don't get me wrong though the soreness still pops in and out depending on the day and body part but as far as being sore every day....nope that isn't the case for me.
Though when I do get the soreness for me it's always the 2nd day after I lift where I'm like wow it hit me! haha
OHHH also I'll tell my buddies from time to time---NO, I'm not sore when I know dang I'm sore as can be! hahah JUST TO MESS WITH THEM.
