Do you guys deload or take a week off?

As I’m getting older I notice my body responds really well to eod big pumps, better numbers lifts etc, but being flat is repulsive lol it is nice having that perpetual pump year round, but my shoulders have taken a beating over the years especially the younger years of ego lifting and bad form. Coming off a cycle now of test and masteron and tren e, I added in igf1-lr3 for the last 4 weeks and I’m going to miss this compound fullness is unreal but i had some bloat in beginning but figured it out I think I was spilling over… but yes eod at 42 works well for me ✌️
What do you notice with the igf?
 
I notice that after a week off I seem to really pop. I always grow with periodic breaks.

What do you notice with the igf?
just the pump at first it was pretty much immediate… not like a deca pump where you can barely lift afterwards or workouts cut short by major pump, but just a nice full feeling. Definitely felt stronger as well but w multiple compounds who knows?? and I gained a few pounds but 50 to 75mcg was my sweet spot I ran 100mcg around week 2halfish but felt like I was getting bloated or I was…. stomach was distended for a few days didn’t like that lol probably too much food.I would have to adjust carb intake maybe not sure first run w it.. but basically just a really awesome fullness in muscle

man every month I take of one week and it feels great.my girl has annual pass for me and her to Disney parks and every other park you can imagine including allllll the water parks.so we go once a month 4 hr drive and stay about 4 days most 6.and I take that entire week off.some times once in a blue because when I'm there I get hammered all the time 🤣👿 morning to night. So once in a while we go to hotel gym which is amazing. Just to get a pump for the pool ha ha ha no kidding it's just I'm ocd and if I just do that 15 minute pump mentally helps me.and I don't freak out oh I miss an entire week. Plus I'm old 49 so one week up helps my joints
