Do you guys hold for a pause at the top when doing side/front/bent over raises? And if you do pause at the top, how many seconds? 1 second? 2 seconds? 3 seconds? Longer?
What is the difference between doing them with a pause and not doing them with a pause? What hits your delts better (rather than your rotator cuff)? What hits your rotator cuff better (rather than your delts)?
