When approaching the show during prep..the only thing your t3 dosage should be doing is either staying consistent or mildly increasing. Do not taper down, especially during final stages. Wait until show is over and then slowly taper down your dosage over the course of several weeks (Depending on how long you were administering the compound and amount used). Also, clen I believe should be conducted in the same manner. Your body builds a tolerance to it...you should eventually get used to the cramps and if you dont...try supplementing with 3-5grams daily of L-Taurine, as clen depletes the body of this amino acid..causing the cramps. I purchase mine from NutraBio.com...good pharmaceutical grade products. Now on the other hand... Yohimbine HCl, I believe should be dropped around 7-10 days out prior to competition depending on the individual, although majority experience the same side effect; water retention in the lower body. If you notice when using this... yohimbine seems to help tighten up the core region of the body, especially the obliques and even upper quads/hips... but it also seems to cause a slight degree of fluid retention in the quads. Eventually, you will be able to tell the difference between your quads having bodyfat or having water weight in specific areas. Hope this helps.
