Sorry, but if you’re training HARD, you wouldn’t be able to train 7 days a week.

I mean when you train as soft as you do, 7 days a week is possible. Only leg extensions for quads? What kind of programming is that?

If you’re actually training intense with decent volume then 7 days a week would just not be ideal. Sure you could do it, but eventuslly
You’ll burn your cns out and progressive overload won’t be obtainable—even likely to regress

There isn’t an answer that’s why you don’t know it lol

Try it and find out and remember in the grand scheme of things of long term progress it will make close to absolutely no difference especially if you chop and change it

Pick 50 top bodybuilders. What’s the things they have in common in order

Genetics (by far the biggest factor
Consistency
Diets somewhat similar
Gear somewhat similar
Training can vary massively

So what would that indicate? Minus intensity that splits etc make bare minimum difference

Just do what you enjoy and don’t over analyse it (coming from an over analyser)

I had been away from this thread because I thought it was actually about arm days. I return and see mostly "ignored" posts.
I'm surprised people giving horrible advice get the attention they do. Just ignore them guys. Take the air out of their balloons and they die.
 
Arm day is definitely necessary in my opinion.

I’ve tried it both ways, PPL didn’t grow my arms as well. Makes sense though.

I don’t program a specific arm day. Arm work is added after back and chest sessions, and sometimes after shoulders. Despite that, arms are one of my strongest muscle groups, so this structure has for me has been effective till this point.
