I’ve implemented 4 tricep exercises this year that in the past I’d never do much

1)underhand short cambered bar reverse tricep pushdowns
2) single arm pushdowns with emphasis on the negative all the way to negative failure using the other free hand to help the push down positive part
3) reverse grip single arm cable push down (or “back”)
4) smith machine super super close grip overhead tricep extension on an incline bench at its highest or near highest mark

Really brought new life back in to my triceps workouts

I’m not sure why you have a personal vendetta against me with such anger and hate(?)

It’s both concerning and discomforting.

I’ve spent my entire life offering help to other people.

Just because you disagree or do not like to hear my comments or advice should not cause you such outrage.

Do you have anger management issues in other aspects of your life as well?

Spending energy in anger is not a positive environment for your body psychology and physiologically speaking.

PPL has been all the rage lately and I have seen a few more prominent coaches mention how they feel this has impaired arm growth in people. I was told my arms and shoulders need to come up compared to my legs and back. However I know it is from powerlifting all those years both making my legs and back major focuses but also there was weeks straight I did zero bicep work or maybe 3 sets of curls just to keep my bicep tendons healthy.

I have been doing upper/lower 4 days total a week. The other day the media guy asked if he could film some content for the gym and if I'd so some stuff. Nothing crazy but I forgot how cool pumped arms feel. Not saying pump equates to growth but just wondering if more people think they benefit from an arm specific day or if they get more from the frequency associated with PPL, Upper/Lower or some other split that divides bis and tris.
I don’t have a dedicated arm day bc I use them in almost every upper body exercise. I do throw in sets here and there bc I love the pump and it’s just fun but never a day dedicated to just arms. When I was in my 20s they were all I worked out and have held up nicely ever since so I focus more on larger muscles now days
 
No and an arm day is some old bro shit that should die. A good arm workout takes like 20 minutes and really isn't fatiguing (systemically), there's no reason to not hit arms every time your in the gym.
 
That problem happens to every source sooner or later. YMS discontinued selling that batch immediately and returned it. It has not been for sale ever since then.
The problem of purposefully underdosing your product happens to every source? You sure?

It was not done on purpose. YMS is not a cash poor business trying to skim and save a buck. They are a multi million dollar business with absolutely no reason to jeopardize its client base of thousands of returning happy customers.
So no sir, it was a mistake in production that was not intentional. Product was pulled and returned to original manufacture facility and YMS was refunded and took care of any customer who knowingly and unknowingly received the product.

This is the new "evidence based bro" Mike israetel inspired school of thought. Don't train too hard, just stimulate a little growth, so you can stimulate it more as quickly as possible.

I couldn't disagree more, I believe in the old school bro science style of hard training for many reasons. I wonder how many of the frequency boys doing 2 sets 3x a week at 2 "rir' not to create too much "damage " are actually 5 rir stimulating basically 0 growth while achieving their goal of causing as little fatigue as possible.

I did arms yesterday it took me 60 mins. My arms are 20inches.

Seated DB curls x 4
Standing barbell curls x 3
Tricep rope push down x 4
Overhead extension top pulley x 4
Isolated hammer curls x 3

Have you not seen that this guy is a fraud? He’s been called out claiming every time I respond to him, he gets 3-4 messages asking for coaching/advice but yet he can’t provide evidence of said messages and he won’t BC THEY DONT EXIST.
Everything this guy says is a lie or reckless advice. Surprised he hasn’t been banned yet.
