That’s me. Fasted cardio on the bike, but always take a 2.5 mile walk- walk can be used to meditate, reset dopamine etc. With that walk plus everyday life walking, I usually get 14k-16k steps daily.10k steps a day always. How i get them...mall...treadmill...hike...is irrelevant to me.

I actually have done it even when it’s really cold here(it sucks!) but it rarely drops into the 20s or teens here even on the coldest winter days.This. Wish it wasn't freezing outside i miss hiking listening to a podcast
