Do YOU lose muscle on dnp?

i used 500mg for 2 cycles while off hormones and i dont think i lost muscle at all. sure, you look flat as shit. but thats because glycogen and water is the main part of your lean mass and both get wiped out on DNP, plus you seem to hold subcutaneous water, at least my lines blurred out when i was on that stuff. a week after coming off i looked awesome.

If used ignorantly it can be lethal, and the effective dose is very close to the lethal dose. However, if used responsibly and intelligently it is probably the safest fat loss drug there is as its liver friendly and it doesnt stimulate the cns or cause heart issues.

Well that's an scary things to hear but also interesting. I kind of want to try it now. Maybe I'll run it with cjc w/dac.

You're depleted, hence you lost both glycogen + water (every gram of glycogen holds 3 g water). So yeah, a deflated look. If you have ever heard of Lyle McDonald's Ultimate Diet, its basically day 3/4, where you are flat as shit.

1 week DNP

I did 7 day and lost 15lbs high protein diet low carbs after 2 day off of DNP i broke out with a rash all over my body. I read that you should do benadryl with it so you don't get this rash. Just a head up for those wanting to do DNP!
