do you prefer keto or carb cycle diets

I am currently trying dave p's version of a keto diet at the moment and carb cycled last year not sure which i prefer yet to be honest.

Just thought id see who uses what and why they prefer it etc.

I haven't tried keto but I have done carb cycling. TBH I'm not exacty sure what keto is looks like I may have to do some research on it
