For myself i found, that for side and read delts frequent isolation work great. I do
Upper(2 sets of laterals and 2 sets of rear delts)
Lower
Off
Upper (2 sets of laterals and 2 sets of rear delts)
Lower
Upper(3 sets of laterals + 2 sets of vertical machine press and 3 sets of rear delts)
Off
When I loaded with PED and food I can add some rest pauses on laterals and rear delts, because still that can handle lot of work, but I don't want to add straights sets just to save my time
