Same here

Abs every other day (all you really need is leg raises and weighed cable crunches)

And everyday vacuums are non negotiable. First thing in the morning atleast 10 rounds while you’re fasted
I do em in the shower after fasted cardio to save time haha
 
I started doing vacuums because of this thread. Previously I thought doing vacuums was only for posing practice.
 
Yes. Nearly every day. I usually do a few hundred in the morning right when I wake up at between 330 and 4am before I eat my first meal.
 
Tried the hammer strength Plated-Loaded Abdominal Oblique Crunch machine last night.

Great bit of kit!! 10 reps in each of the positions Supersetted with leg raises. Will keep this in as I could really feel and see my serratus and abs were smoked in 5mins
 
I do all isometric for abs and NO weights!
I think, isometric bodyweight-only ab training builds constant tension, deep core training, and joint-friendly performance without the need for added weight.
 
And by train abs I mean direct ab work.

I do not. If my abs got any bigger it would just give more of a turtle shell look. Years of powerlifting and CrossFit built the hell out of my abs and erectors. I indirectly hit my abs with legs, and conditioning.

How about you?
If you have true ab muscle development, it would not be a turtle shell look. You got something else going on there.

Daily 1-2 sets for me.
 
I train mine before every workout and my abs have improved tremendously.
