Doctor say i will have a hearth attack

Could eating Whole eggs and Red meat(Ground beef) Daily Could be the problem?

Most days im eating 5 whole eggs and 8-10 oz of extra lean ground beef daily.
 
Thing is the doctor Didnt push me to Take Statins.

He told me he prefer me to go on a Vegan diet High in fruits, Vegetables.

I know they are sponsor by Pharmaceutical companies to give you medications.

But he didnt push the statins.

He actually DID push them...

How many people will actually go vegan....??
I bet close to NONE...the fatass lazy fuckers
Will just pop a pill....

I would cut dairy...
And cut down animal fats...
Lean beef..
Fewer egg yolks..
White fish..
No pork
White chicken meat..
High quality protein powders..

Retest in 90 days
 
When you say, "my doctor", I'm assuming you mean Cardiologist?

I was just following David Palumbo Keto diet for like 1 year. At one time i was eating 12 whole eggs per day. 6 for breakfast , 6 before sleeping + oz of ground beef 95% daily.

tenny When you say Lean beef is 95%/5% Ground beef lean enough? i eat at least 8 oz daily.

Maybe im eating too much fats...

Im not trolling, I was following DP Keto diet, in the template he got 8oz of red meat + 6 whole eggs for breakfast and 6 whole eggs before retiring.

Everything cooked in Coconut oil.

Several years ago significant other's father suffered a stroke and was hospitalized. He had other health issues and was there for like a month.

Christmas time came around and the daughter wanted to take him home. Doctor said "if you take him home, he'll die in less than two weeks, but I'll let you do it if you sign this". She did sign the papers and took him home. He lived another 16 years.

A one time snap shot of your cholesterol is far from accurate. Collect data over time. A good cardiologist will recommend statins less in presented healthy individuals. They will put the pieces together over time. Most good cardiologists only recommend statins to extreme high risk or those who have had a heart attack and even then it's just extra safety in their eyes since they are taught survival and stabilization.

So get a referral to a cardiologist. Then work the problem. Until then you are just going to run circles because general practitioners always reach for the medicine first and your immediate death right behind it. Such I have noticed before and over time of working with people on their health and fitness.

And yes, I'd also recommend getting a new Dr.
 
Low in sugar, low in fat, low in calories. Keep your food at 80%.
I think it is the best way of chronic disease.

Exactly this. See a Cardiologist. Be 100% completely honest with them about your lifestyle, take all the tests they offer you, and above all else....LISTEN TO THE CARDIOLOGIST.

I do not have heart issues and yet I see a Cardiologist.
 
I had quadruple bypass surgery in Nov. of 2015. (I'm 64, by the way) My cholesterol wasn't high, nor was my blood pressure. My ldl/hdl ratio wasn't ideal. I always ate very lean meats and about half as many egg yolks as whites. I had multiple heart attacks that I didn't recognize as such; my surgeon confirmed this by the scarring on my heart.
The genetic factor is what you can't wish or diet away. Almost everyone on my mother's side of the family died of heart disease, and my brother had his heart attack and surgery when he was 48.
After surgery, my doc put me on 3 meds... atorvastatin, cardivelol, and enalapril. Having almost died, I didn't question it. I have zero side effects, and my labs are all great. I can train hard and do cardio.
See a real cardiologist. Get an extensive family history to show him/her. Do what they tell you to do. A forum like this is not the place to get advice on this subject.

Dr. Thomas Dayspring, a renouned lipidologist, said total cholesterol is useless as a predictor of a cardiovascular event. A CAC scan, or even a hdl/triglyceride radio is much better.
 
Blood pressure is great.
Fasted glucose, my blood sugar levels are medium.

He said, That Eating too much meat and dairy raised cholesterol levels.

A vegan diet High in fruits and vegetables will lower cholesterol levels, while being more healthy than a heavy meat diet.

What is a medium glucose reading. Anything over 90 is not good.
