Low in sugar, low in fat, low in calories. Keep your food at 80%.

Could eating Whole eggs and Red meat(Ground beef) Daily Could be the problem?
Most days im eating 5 whole eggs and 8-10 oz of extra lean ground beef daily.
It's a simple answer BigMatt.
You're too much of a monster, need to downsize. After all people are coming up to you on the street saying you're big. Doesn't happen normally.
Probably not...
Thing is the doctor Didnt push me to Take Statins.
He told me he prefer me to go on a Vegan diet High in fruits, Vegetables.
I know they are sponsor by Pharmaceutical companies to give you medications.
But he didnt push the statins.
Been taking statins now since 2008 when I had my heart attack and everything has been great. Not a single side effect. I take Lipitor and it is the biggest dose they have too. For me they work great. My father has been on them too for even longer and no issues.
I recommend that you go on the smaller dose of statin and do some dietary changes then retest to see if you need the larger dose. I wouldn't want to drop all meats and/or go vegan. Screw that. I think with the statin and a minor diet change youll be in range. Once you have a heart attack they want your LDL really low, hence me taking the higher dose. My LDL I think at my last test was around 65.
my brother is currently doing a vegan diet. he feels like absolute shit.
but that's beside the point.
cholesterol numbers are virtually meaningless...
well, perhaps not meaningless, but not NEARLY as important as other factors.
-clean up your diet (you do NOT need to get rid of quality meat)
-30 minutes of cardio a day
-citrus bergamot
-fish oil
-evening primrose oil
-make sure that your blood pressure stays good
-I would seriously consider cutting carbs significantly..i would keep like 50g carbs from brown rice pre-workout tbh... maybe 50g after as well
-I would cut out dairy
-eat plenty of fiber
-vitamin k2
Does your brother tell you "no bully please?"
Is it just me or does it seem like BigMatt creates threads asking some off the wall question or requesting advice/input, blasts the thread with responses for a day, then falls off the map, doesn't respond to anything and comes back a few days later creating a new thread, repeating the process?
After the bodybuilding ideal heights thread and his fitting clothing threads, I'm starting to see a pattern here.
