Does anyone eat Raw eggs?

Just got home from the gym. Heavy chest delt and tri day. 7 whole eggs in a glass with my omega's and animal pack. Meal an hour later.
Incredable edable eggs !
Whole eggs are what all protein standards are compared too.
And the Yolk is more better than the white.

Raw eggs are about 50% digestible, cooked or boiled eggs are over 90% digestible... So you're losing quite a bit there

This is what I've always been told, and why I've never eaten raw eggs.

Try adding some HCl tabs and take the eggs with no other food. Nine times out of ten this will solve the digestion issue with raw eggs, in my experience.

I love my eggs. I'll do over easy but I just tried to get down a couple raw eggs and couldn't stop gagging.

Well, at least we can all agree eggs are awesome. I'm trying to switch to pasture free range eggs but 2x the price. Ouch, I spend enough on food already.

I used to crack eggs in a glass and drink them, but I stopped due to protein digestability. Now I use carton egg whites. 2$ for 2 cups, which is 50g protein

Never consumed raw egg whites, rather cook my egg whites and somewhat enjoy them.

Nope, not anymore. I did when I wanted to be Hulk Hogan lol. I do add liquid egg whites to some drinks though

Those crystal spritzers do wonders when drinking the liquid eggwhites lol

I did this when I lived in Argentina for 3 months. I was fine but it's so worth it to cook them IMO
