Does anyone here still consume 400-500g Protein daily?

I am wondering how many people still do this day in and day out. (Or at least on a bulk)
 
its calorie dependent....depends on what amount of calories you grow on.

Gotta hit those macros
 
Jesus that's a lot of protein.

You guys that are hitting that much: how much of it are you getting from shakes?
 
I think it happens even if you don't mean to.

If you're taking 5000 plus calories I can easily see your protein being around 400 or near it.
 
I imagine there will be several near 400. 500 is crazy to me. But at 240lbs... I multiply that by 1.5 and get 360g. 400 isnt THAT much more. Im debating on a plan to either up proteins or fats while keeping carbs the same.

Im usually of the mind to up fats but considering this alternative. Especially since fats are already over 100g.
 
I do 400-450 a day depending on day and carb intake I keep fats low and and use carbs and protein to hit macros. All is food but 50 grams post workout.
 
I think it's overkill. I was in the joint with monsters! And our diets were lucky to supply 120g of protein daily. I went from 125lb to 185lb when I was there. Bodies adapt. I get at least my bodyweight in grams daily now, I do strive for more. But I think I could do less and still grow as long as carbs and fats are high enough to keep me in a surplus
 
3:2:1 ratio (P:C:F) in bulking diet. Based on calories. Easy to hit 400+ proteins a day

Liquid protein every 90min. 3hrs if digested while sources.
 
I eat six meals a day.
Each meal has about 6 oz cooked meat.
Thats about all I can afford and stomach at times.

I think it's body weight, caloric load, and goal dependent.
 
I do 500 plus if I'm doing low carb. If the carbs are high, I only need around 300.
 
I shoot for at least 500 a day right now , body weight hovering around 285 12-14% and trying to grow and keep fat off , my carbs are low through
 
My protien has always been stupid high. 8-9 meals a day, eating when hungry and some of those meals ar all meat just because thats what I like to eat. I'm a carnivour thru and thru and I just crave meat. I used to track it on fitday.com and averaged right around 500G pro a day. IF i get a bad carb craving that I satisfy it drops but thats rare.
 
i have always eaten 2 grams per pound of weight. right now i am 265. i have been doing this for 20 years. it works for me.
 
450-500 grams of protein a day now. 20 egg whites, 20oz extra lean ground turkey, 5 whey protein drinks. I'm leaning out hardcore.
