Does anyone train under Justin Harris?

I ended up buying both (not at the same time) because I wanted to see the differences and compare. Recommendations for how much of a surplus or deficit aren't necessarily the same.

I'm a nobody but I would trust no one else. Justin is fantastic, I used him around 2016 for over a year. I can't put into words how great he is, I genuinely love the guy. He got me lean as hell for a photo shoot on 9/2016. Then in 6/2017 then helped me drop weight for a 24 hour weigh in and then helps me put on like 15lbs more weight (maybe more) than I had began with. He is legit. Nobody I had worked with prior to him comes close. Like other users have said, he looks at your pics, he answers question thoroughly. I had a question about the heart, answer was so comprehensive and detailed I was in awe. Helped me out with every problem I had that didn't have to do with nutrition or training, personal problems. Genuine and compassionate guy, He enjoys what he does and no way does it for the money. It was a privilege, if I could afford to work with him I would in a heart beat. If you put in the work he will get you to your goal. If he can't, he would tell you.

The books are great guidelines, but he changes things up weekly based on the photos and how you're feeling. Sometimes significantly.
100% worth it if you're on the fence about hiring.
