Does both, just take a long time for the muscle growth effects to take place and show. Defiantly not instant, but worth it along with the fat burning/connective tissue capabilities.
Really no answere to that as everyone responds differently. Gh alone is not anabolic but is anticatabolic so you will prevent muscle loss between spurts of muscle growth which over time will result in increased muscle. Over time it is a great recomp hormone
AAS=hypertrophy (increase size of fibers)
HGH=hyperplasia (increase Number of fibers)
Synergistic reaction wh taken together
Hyperplasia occurs over time. No way to put a number on it. But I would say I noticed changes around the 4 month mark in that regard. Fat burning (visible) around the 2 month mark.
