I don't know about that, but prolonged gh use(many years) can lead to diabetes since it does increase insulin resistance. Add tons of carbs over years and you are asking for trouble.

I wish it would give me a little insulin resistance. 10iu ed rips and I'm still border line hypo most the time. My insulin sensitivitys always been really high but since eating clean and carb cycling its very high. Nice being able to eat tons of carbs with impunity and never bloat or get fat but when cutting light headed often even though I average over 300g daily. Never actually gone hypo though.

If you dont abuse it I would say NO.

It won't directly cause kidney disease...but as mentioned it can cause diabetes which can result in kidney disease as well as other diabetes related issues. You probably don't have anything to worry about unless you are borderline diabetic before starting HGH.

anything that will cause high bp with damage your kidneys

GH causes an increase I. Sodium retention. More water, higher BP. High blood pressure over time causes a lot of inflammation and subsequent scarring on your kidneys.

IMHO, if you are supplementing with things that increase your BP to the level that would cause organ damage, you should be taking low-side-effect BP meds. They have the benefit of protecting the kidneys, whether or not you are taking GH.
