Is there a protocol/HGH regime that I don't have to inject everyday? I can get Name brand/legal source from my HRT provider. Can I avoid the inject every day pattern by ,dosage or product selection? I would like to ideally do a every 3 day pattern if possible.

If you are doing it for longevity and wellness, as well as fat loss, then low dose daily shots are necessary.

As mentioned above Its needed every day to improve well being, but If your using it for BB purposes you could look into the Gavin Cane protocal. Its 3 days a week.

i like dats way of thinking here is a copy paste out of his sticky.

First day: 8ius when you wake up (12 hours of active time + 4 hours of off time) you then dose 16 hours later before bed.

Second day: when you wake up GH has been active for 8 hours so you need to wait 4 more active hours + 4 hours of off time, which means you administer 8iu 8 hours after you wake up.

Third day: same as the first day
