It's not debatable, if you think it is, you haven't used it correctly.
GH increases recovery and reduces catabolism, as EVERYONE has pointed out since Dan Duchaine started making a big deal out of it in the 90s: Increasing recovery and reducing catabolism=GROWTH.
In fact, testosterone itself may be technically more "anti-catabolic" than "anabolic."
Increased recovery means more workouts, more intensity, more weight, more strength gains, and more muscle gains.
This isn't an indirect effect like it might seem, it is a DIRECT effect of increased recovery.
Therefore GH builds muscle.
QED
I dont disagree with this one bit. My question is does hgh cause muscle hyperplasia? Does hgh cause new permanent muscle cells? I hear ppl talk about this all the time but i haven't found any evidence of it. If muscle hyperplasia by injecting hgh is possible then shouldnt you be able to constantly keep growing bigger n bigger by causing hypertrophy of your new muscle cells that are constantly being created? If this is possible then id think everyone here willing to push food, drugs, and training would be a mass monster. From personal experience and what ive seen, hgh helps you stay lean while eating a big surplus tryin to grow and helps your muscles look full and really pop from the water it holds in them when trying to diet down when you would normally look flat.
