Like others have said, pct is worthless IMO. Gaining weight, then losing it, gaining it again, losing it again... Fuck that. If I knew than, what I know now, I wouldn't have had such yo yo weight gains and loses. I would have taken better care to lower the damage of too much estrogen in my system, but would have never came off. I have several regrets, listening to people preaching pct is one of them. That's just me though.

might want to run some charcoal tabs along with the vodka as an AI (anti-intoxicant).

It doesn't upset me but I do pity them it's foolish to take any kind of drug with out a good understanding of how it effects your body and how to handle side effects.

I think that the longer you spend in this "game", the more you will realize that there is no "recovering". IMO, steroids were not meant to be stopped.. once you start, you should be on them for life.. even if it's just a legitimate trt dose of say...100mg test E/week


if you can't stomach that, then don't begin using them in the first place. im not an endocrinologist, but I doubt the HPTA was meant to be dealing with dramatic peaks and troughs in hormone levels a few to several times a year..

friends of mine have naturally been at the lowest end of the spectrum for natural testosterone production... even during the years when they should be in their "prime". hormones are funny like that I guess

I don't understand this mindset since I have had bloodwork to prove that I have recovered just fine.

Typically a twelve week cycle of a long ether test and an oral the last 4 weeks getting ready for a meet.
