Does low-dose DNP make you lose muscle?

Given that you are taking in tons of protein still and some good simple carbs like fruits, and a lot of antioxidants?

No, even at high doses, you usually dont lose muscle unless you are restricting too many kcal. DNP is anti-catabolic.

Yea, but will you feel like you are losing muscle? SHit I am only doing 200mg ED and then every other day I bump to 400mg...7 days cycle, jsut to lose some BF before I bulk up real good, and I am feeling SMALL!! Is it jsut a mental thing b/c my muscles are flat? DO any of you other guys experience this?

You will indeed feel like you are, as DNP makes you very flat looking. And your workouts will suffer due to the extreme lethargic feeling you will have. I wouldnt cycle doses, it does nothing, keep a dose, 400mgs is plenty IMO, and just stick it out. You look bad now, but 2 weeks after your last dose, you will be amazed at the results.
 
if u run it to often or too long u will lose the magic of it. after a a time, 400 or even 600 will not hardly phase you as far as heat or lethargy. so use it only when really needed.

Yea, I use it very sparingly, maybe 1-2 times per year. It's not something I enjoy taking lol, makes ya feel like shit!

It really depends on the person, but I wouldnt recommend doing any without a lot of reserach. You need to take a lot of anti-histamines with it as well. A lot of bpeople get allergice reasctions to it and break out in an itchy rash or hives. (i did this time) it was the first time getting it, and I have used it 3 times! but this is the first that hapend!! Itts ok, im fine now, took a lot of antihistamines and some prednisone. I probably wont use it again. 200-600mg doses are fairly common, I have gone as high as 600mg but that shit gets pretty uncomfortable and hot. SO I woudl jsut prefer staying at 400mg for a longer time. I woudl go 7-12 days or so. ANd YES, split the does up evenly through the day...or you will get REALLY hot! :)

DNP itself does not cause catabolism, but it is very easy to go into a catabolic state while on it due to extreme lethargy, diminished lifting capacity, etc.. So if you do go catabolic you could say the DNP might have indirectly caused it, but simply taking DNP in and of itself is not catabolic.

Use ECA stack while on DNP. It really helps with the lethargic feeling. After 7 days at 400 ed you are ready to be off of it. You will be worn out. You really see most of the results about 4 to 7 days after you stop taking it. It's kinda fun to see how the body changes during that time. I love the stuff but you have to do it right with all the supporting supplements so you minimize the negative stuff that comes along with DNP (i.e. - free radicals, lethargy, etc)
